Prajak stores what you put into it, uses that information to run Prajak for you, and does not sell it. You can ask us to export or delete your workspace data. If anything here is unclear, email hello@myprajak.in.
Your Google sign-in basics: name, email address, and profile picture. What you create in your workspace: prospects, projects, charters, people, priorities, tasks, meetings, captures, communications, and impact records. What people you invite contribute through secure links: approvals, onboarding responses, project input, and impact reflections.
PostHog receives limited product-usage events so we can understand whether the beta is working; session recording is disabled for launch. Resend processes the email address, subject, message, and delivery metadata needed to send Prajak emails. Emergent's routed AI integration processes only the content sent to an AI-assisted feature.
We use this information to show your workspace, keep people connected to the right work, send expected product emails, enforce beta capacity and inactivity rules, and understand whether the beta is useful. Prajak does not sell workspace data or show advertising.
AI supports specific features such as capture extraction, prospect analysis, and follow-up drafting. When you use one of those features, the content it needs is sent to the configured AI provider to produce the result. Prajak does not train its own models on your workspace content. The Daily Digest and priority ranking are assembled from your workspace data without an AI call.
People you invite can see only the purpose-specific view you share with them, such as one charter or one client project view. These links are signed and expire. Anyone who receives a valid link can use it until it expires, so share links only with their intended recipient.
Email hello@myprajak.in to request an export or deletion. Prajak includes guarded workspace export and deletion tools so the request can be fulfilled without manually editing the database. During beta, deletion requests are handled personally within seven days.
Prajak is in public beta, and this page will evolve with the product. When data practices change in a material way, active users will receive clear notice. Last updated: 14 July 2026.
