ABOUT

Operational chaos isn't a discipline problem.

It's what happens by default when work outgrows one person's memory.

What is Prājak?

Prājak is an operating system for founders, consultants, and independent professionals whose work arrives as conversations and referrals rather than tidy workflows. Prājak means the one who guides — and that is the whole ambition: keep the path visible, and keep you moving along it. It brings people, projects, and priorities into one connected place, turning messy opportunities into structured execution and measurable impact.

The operating loop

Opportunities

Leads, requests, and ideas arrive through your public URL or a quick capture.

What exists today

People

Clients, collaborators, and stakeholders stay connected to the projects and priorities they touch. Responses and approvals return to the relevant work instead of becoming another disconnected message.

Projects

Each active workstream carries a reviewable charter: scope, deliverables, price, timeline, and revision limits. When a client approves it through their secure link, the agreed terms are locked as a snapshot.

Priorities

Work is sorted by the kind of attention it needs: do, decide, or unblock. Ranking uses deterministic signals such as urgency, impact, effort, deadlines, and dependencies, so the reasoning stays visible.

How work moves
Clients and collaborators

Share exactly what another person needs through a secure, purpose-specific link: a charter, a client view, collaborator onboarding, or an impact reflection. They do not need another account or download.

Assisted autonomy

Prajak keeps the structure predictable and uses AI in bounded, reviewable ways. During beta, external messages and approvals remain visible to a human before they are sent or accepted.
