FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Product
What is Prajak?

Prajak is an operations system for founders, small business owners, solopreneurs, consultants, and internal project managers that brings their people, projects, and priorities together in one place. It collects incoming work, helps you choose what matters, turns chosen work into structured projects, and shows you a clear next action every time you come back.

Who is it for?

Anyone who coordinates work across people and projects: founders and small business owners, solopreneurs and consultants, and internal project managers. See Use Cases for how each works.

Is Prajak a project management tool or a CRM?

Neither alone. Prajak covers the path those tools split between them, from an incoming prospect to delivered work, organized around people, projects, and priorities.

How does Prajak reduce context switching between clients?

Each client engagement lives in its own workstream with its charter, people, priorities, and status. When you move between clients, the picture is already assembled: current status, open items, and your next step.

Is Prajak an AI tool?

Prajak is an AI-assisted operations product. AI helps with work that benefits from interpretation, such as turning messy captures into structured items, analyzing incoming prospects, and drafting follow-ups. Dependable controls handle status, capacity, approvals, deadlines, and priority calculations. You can review important outputs before they affect your work or reach another person. The Daily Digest is assembled from your workspace data and does not require an AI call.

Can I look around before adding real work?

Yes. During setup, you can load a demo workspace with sample prospects, an active project, tasks with dependencies, and a meeting log.

Beta access
What does public beta mean?

The product works and is available for real use, but it is still being improved in the open. Some features will change. Beta users receive free access and a direct support route.

How do I get access?

While capacity is available, sign in and start. There is no application or approval step. When capacity is full, join the waitlist and Prajak will invite people in order as space opens.

What can I do in the beta?

Bring up to 50 open incoming items into Prajak and run up to three active client workstreams at a time. Each accepted item can become a project with a reviewable charter, connected people, priorities, approvals, and follow-ups.

What happens if I stop using Prajak for a while?

Prajak checks in by email before paused access is considered. If there is still no activity after the warning period, access is paused so capacity can reopen. Your workspace data is retained, and you can sign in later to reclaim access when capacity is available.

Working with others
Do my clients or collaborators need accounts?

No. You share exactly what each person needs through a secure link, such as a charter, a client project view, collaborator onboarding, or an impact reflection. There is nothing for them to install.

How are shared links kept safe?

Each link is cryptographically signed and limited to one purpose. Links expire, and a new link can be issued from the relevant project when needed.

Data and AI
What happens to my data?

Prajak stores what you put into your workspace and uses it to run the product. You can request an export or full deletion. See Privacy / Data Use for the plain-language details.

Does AI see my data?

Only when you use an AI-assisted feature, and only the content needed to produce that result. Prajak does not use your workspace content to train its own models. See Privacy / Data Use for the services involved.

Cost and support
Does the beta cost anything?

No. Public beta access is free and does not require a card. Paid plans will come after beta, with clear notice before anything changes.

How do I get help?

Email hello@myprajak.in. During beta, a person reads and answers messages, usually within two business days.
