HELP

A short guide to getting started.

Prajak is built to be understood in one sitting. This page covers the first session; for anything else, email hello@myprajak.in.

01
Create your workspace

Sign in with Google and complete the three-step setup: how you will use the workspace, what it is for, and whether to begin with a demo workspace or start clean.

02
Bring in what is on your plate

Use your public intake link for incoming prospects and requests. Use Capture inside a project to turn a note or voice thought into structured tasks. You can review the result before it is saved.

03
Choose what becomes active

Use an AI-assisted assessment when it helps, with a consistent weighted score you can inspect. Accept, defer, or reject the opportunity. When you accept, Prajak prepares an editable project and charter draft before anything is shared.

04
Use the three connected areas

People holds everyone connected to the work. Projects holds each active workstream, its charter, people, status, and tasks. Priorities brings together what to do, what to decide, and what to unblock.

05
Work from Priorities

Do items are yours to complete. Decide items need your judgment or approval. Unblock items are waiting on a person, approval, or missing input. Completing an item recalculates the ranking using visible, deterministic signals.

06
Work with clients and collaborators

From a project, send a charter for review, copy the client project link, or invite a collaborator through a secure onboarding link. Their approvals and responses return to the relevant project and appear in Priorities when you need to act.

07
Come back without reconstructing the work

Open Priorities first. The Since you were away summary shows recent activity, while the Daily Digest assembles current priorities, pending approvals, and follow-ups. The digest is on by default and can be changed in Settings.
